It was pretty amazing that Lloyd Trigg received his award through the recommendation from the opposing forces. It shows that his bravery was highly recognised, even by those who were fighting against him!
I'm sure in a situation like that, you'd have so many questions running through your mind, but I'm pleased your story all ended well. I can only imagine what it would have been like for the doctors and nurses serving in the war, trying to help people while all that is going on around them. Do you think you could be a nurse during the war?
