Wow I learnt so much about Nelson Mandela from the explanation we were given. I did not know he spent 18 years of his life in Robben Island Prison. Did you know that Robben Island is located west of Cape town? You can see the island from the city centre!
You have created a very thoughtful and detailed journal entry from Nelson Mandela’s perspective. I really appreciate the idea that he would miss out! I didn’t think about this at all. He probably wouldn’t know a lot about new technology and how to use it. Hm, what would be something else that would be new to him when he stepped out of prison?
