Film Fest - Team Unicorns!

Each year, around term 3 the middle & senior syndicate has to create a film. Sometimes there will be a subject we have to base our short 3min film upon. But this years focus for our films was creativity. The team I was with this year was Liston, TJ, Anna & Te Morehu. This is the final outcome of Team Unicorns (our) film!

We are coming up to film fest and to get us started on the filming angles we had a small activity/challenge which was to get different shots. This slide includes all the different shots that we had taken, also with the title of what it is called.

Healthy Heartbeat - Film!

Students in our group was Lexi, Brooklyn & Byron. Our film is about being healthy and staying fit. The thing I mostly enjoyed while our journey on our filming was always communicating and there was never a time where we wouldn’t be smiling or laughing but overall I liked the fun vibes. I just hope everyone learned something about this video and enjoyed watching it.

Film - Lonely litter bug! by The Daring Donuts

In Term 3, we got the chance to make our very own films.

The theme for this year’s films, “confident, connected, actively involved lifelong learners”. Our teacher, Mrs Faalili put us into groups. My group was The Daring Donuts. We learnt about storyboarding, different types of shots and angles as well as how to hold the ipad correctly.

Our film is a Drama and it is about a person who litters and gets no friends.

One thing I really liked about this whole filming process was working with my group and having fun.
